What is the difference between Creator and Pro?
Volume, mostly. Creator gives you the complete toolkit — every engagement feature, 10 giveaways and 10 polls a month, automatic prize emails, and the watermark off. Pro removes the monthly caps entirely and adds the monetization layer: sponsor ad overlays and custom border uploads. If you are running brand deals, or running more than 10 giveaways a month, you are a Pro user.
Are giveaways really free?
Yes — 2 a month, with no card. Viewers enter by QR or join code on any platform, the wheel picks the winner live on your overlay, and the winner gets a claim page. The only thing held back is automatic prize delivery: on Free you send the code yourself, on Creator and Pro we email it for you.
Is the Event Pass a trial?
No — it is a real product. The Event Pass gives you full Pro access for 3 days for $9, with no subscription. Perfect for one-off charity streams, tournaments, or product launches. If you want a true trial, take the free 7-day Pro trial instead.
How does the free Pro trial work?
Start the 7-day Pro trial with a card on file. You get full Pro access for a week. If you do nothing, it auto-converts to Pro $25/mo on day 8. Cancel any time before day 7 and you owe nothing.
How does the universal overlay URL work?
Instead of adding a new browser source for every effect, you get one permanent overlay URL. Add it once to OBS, and all your effects, giveaways, polls, and overlays render through it automatically.
Does Kloot replace StreamElements or Streamlabs?

How does auto-email prize delivery work?

Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard any time — plan changes take effect immediately, and your next invoice is prorated for the difference. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
